When it’s a single-day or a two-day weekend, we end up “covering” for all the sleep lost throughout the week. That’s not only an unhealthy practice, but it’s also quite draining. After unnaturally long hours of sleep, you’re bound to feel a little out of place. Think about the last time you woke up after dark. It sucks!
