What 🖊️ means

A black retractable pen that has its spring-equipped cap on top and a narrow ending at the front, housing the nib.

The 🖊️ Pen emoji refers to any pen; ballpoint pens, fountain pens, etc. This emoji signifies writing at large and from a specific POV, it can suggest immediate jotting, concretizing info and maybe even signing something.

How and when to use it

Writing something in ink is a way of showing or ensuring that something is concrete or bound to happen, and 🖊️ would suggest the same. For example, "I'll give it to you in writing 🖊️. This OUGHT to happen. And guess what? It will" or "I promise 🖊️" (please make promises you can keep, tho).
